Dual Covenant - A Tale of Two Gospels

Prominent Church leaders disqualified as Ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Some Western Protestants and Roman Catholics are forsaking the doctrine of Jesus and His Apostles

"Jesus said to him [Thomas, a Jew], "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."" (John 14:6)

"For He Himself is our peace, who has made both [Jew and Gentile] one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two[Jew and Gentile], thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both [Jew and Gentile] to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar [Gentiles] off and to those who were near [Jews]. For through Him we both [Jew and Gentile] have access by one Spirit to the Father. ( Ephesians 2:14-18) Emphasis added

"If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater; for this is the witness of God which He has testified of His Son. He who believes in the Son of God has the witness in himself; he who does not believe God has made Him a liar, because he has not believed the testimony that God has given of His Son. And this is the testimony: that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. He who has the Son has life; he who does not have the Son of God does not have life." (1 John 5:9-12)

"Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is that they may be saved [why would Paul pray for the Jews if they were already saved by the Old Covenant?]. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For they [the unbelieving Jews] being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and seeking to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted to the righteousness of God." (Romans 10:1-3)

"What then? Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect [those who have obeyed the gospel] have obtained it, and the rest were blinded. Just as it is written:

“God has given them a spirit of stupor,
Eyes that they should not see
And ears that they should not hear,
To this very day.”" (Romans 11:7,8)

But Church Leaders can never deceive Christ's true Church. Christians have God's Word and the Holy Spirit who guides true believers into all truth.

Come one – come all.  Your character or your lifestyle no longer matter.  You can be an atheist, an alcoholic, a drug addict, a drug dealer, a prostitute, a whore, curse like a drunken sailor, a serial killer, a rapist, or you can be anything you like because it doesn’t matter any longer.  You can be one of God’s “chosen people” and the solution is to convert to Judaism – believing in God, reading the Torah or attending a synagogue is not necessary.  You don’t even need to be a Semite related to Abraham because very few of the current Jews are not related to Abraham either.
The Roman church under the direction of Pope Francis has proclaimed that Jews do not need Christ, because they are already under a covenant with God by virtue of their religion or their race. The official church policy now recognizes that the Jews are “chosen,” regardless of their spiritual condition. In fact, by this new standard, even secular or atheistic Jews are already saved and do not even need to practice Judaism in any form.

An evangelical pastor and an Orthodox rabbi, both from Texas, have apparently persuaded leading Baptist preacher Jerry Falwell that Jews can get to heaven without being converted to Christianity. Televangelist John Hagee and Rabbi Aryeh Scheinberg, whose Cornerstone Church and Rodfei Sholom congregations are based in San Antonio, told The Jerusalem Post that Falwell had adopted Hagee's innovative belief in what Christians refer to as "dual covenant" theology. This creed, which runs counter to mainstream evangelism, maintains that the Jewish people has a special relationship to God through the revelation at Sinai and therefore does not need "to go through Christ or the Cross" to get to heaven. Scheinberg said this has been Hagee's position for the 25 years the two have worked together on behalf of Israel and that Falwell had also come to accept it. Falwell sent a representative to the San Antonio launch of Christians United for Israel in early February, as did popular televangelist Pat Robertson. Hagee, who will serve as CUFI national chairman, says the new organization aims to be a kind of "Christian AIPAC" (American Israel Public Affairs Committee) through which every pro-Israel Christian organization and ministry in America can speak and act with one voice in support of Israel on biblical issues. The main issue, following disengagement from the Gaza Strip, is not to give up any more of the Land of Israel, he said. Many Christian denominational leaders - who represent some 30 million evangelical Christians in the US - have expressed support for CUFI in writing. These include such names as Dr. Jack Hayford, president of the Foursquare Gospel Church; Paul Walker, assistant general overseer of the Church of God; international Pastor Rod Parsley of the World Harvest Church; Benny Hinn; George Morrison; Kenneth Copland; Steve Strang; Matt Croutch of the Trinity Broadcasting Network; and former presidential candidate Gary Bauer, president of the Family Research Council. The latter is the Washington-based lobbying arm of James Dobson's Focus on the Family. Scheinberg said he had worked with Hagee since 1981, when the pastor first broached the idea of organizing a night to honor Israel, which has become an annual event. "He came to the Jewish community and of course they were skeptical, they were a bit suspicious, anxious about whatever agenda he might have," the rabbi recalled. "He took public positions against proselytizing the Jews, which some of his own colleagues at that time criticized him roundly for; for example, Falwell was at that time very critical of his nonconversionary statements regarding the Jews. But that's not the case now though. Falwell has changed his position," he said. Hagee has been consistent in this theological position, Scheinberg said, and this was reflected in both the declared policy of CUFI and at the public launch of the organization last month. "It seemed there was a great deal of unity - not unanimity - on nonconversion, a nonproselytizing agenda, that the Jews have a special covenant, and this was stated over and over," the rabbi said. "It was stated in Hagee's opening speech, in his opening statement, and then repeated again. And when there was a question period later, no one asked about this. It seemed to be understood that any hidden agenda, any attempt at conversion, would undermine all their efforts, would be counterproductive, and that's not what they are about. "There was always concern on the part of the Jewish community that there's a hidden agenda now, to convert now, to proselytize now. And regarding that, Hagee was very strong in saying no, we are not proselytizing," Scheinberg said. Scheinberg, the only rabbi at the CUFI launch, senses there has been a downplaying of traditional evangelical theology in favor of something more concrete - supporting Israel. He associates this phenomenon of "Christian Zionism" with God's promise in Genesis 12:3 that those who bless Israel will be blessed and those who curse Israel will be cursed. "The reason that I was at the summit was that I've been with him since the very beginning. It's not because I was Orthodox. I'm sure on other occasions he would be happy to invite the Conservatives. The Reform here have been very vocal in their opposition to anything that Hagee does - not so much for his support of Israel, but because the fundamentalist agenda, social agenda, is quite different than the Reform liberal agenda, and particularly Hagee's position on gay rights, on abortion, on pornography, etc., etc., run contrary or are anathema to some of the positions of the very liberal Reform," he said. Falwell has altered his position, according to Scheinberg, apparently because the pastor decided to put End of Days theology aside in favor of the overriding need to support Israel, particularly against the mounting threat of a nuclear Iran. "Obviously Falwell was very passionate about conversion, but he absolutely clearly knows Hagee's position and the Christians United for Israel position," Scheinberg said.

Brussels: Key to engaging NATO against ISIS

This is now my third post concerning the coming attack on Brussels

In 2012 when I sought the Lord in prayer for a sign regarding the next event in the timeline of end-times events, I was expecting a revelation concerning the judgment of America.  Instead I heard one word.  A word so unfamiliar I actually had to pull up a map to recall its location.  The word was simply, "Brussels."

My 2012 blog-post about Brussels - (below)

[Keep an eye on Brussels

Latest word from the Lord on End-Times Watch

Several weeks ago the Lord spoke "Brussels" to me in prayer.

About 20 years ago the Lord gave me a vision of the EU flag.  I knew it was a flag that I saw and I drew a picture of it and shared it with some people.  It turned out to be the EU flag.  I just noticed the flag when I was searching for Brussels.

I have been waiting for the Lord to reveal what is going to happen in Brussels.  I am certain it will be linked to the beginning of the end.  I expect that Brussels will be targeted just as New York was.  It will probably be the European Quarter, where NATO and the EU buildings are.] - (2012 post)

On January 17, 2015 I expounded on the short post above.

[Expect 9/11 scale terrorist attack on Brussels

In September of 2012 I received a word from the Lord - simply "Brussels".  One word.  I had been praying for some time to know what would come next to kick off the cascade of events leading into the Great Tribulation.  Read my brief post from that date here:

Brussels Grand Place Square

Putin's Eurasia and NATO are on a collision coarse.

The Perestroika Deception
online PDF
Russian defector Anatoliy Golitsyn documented in his Perestroika Deception that the underground Communist Party expected U.S. funding of NATO to fail by the year 2000.  The United States was expected to collapse from within through the indoctrination efforts of American Social-Marxists and their agents in high places of education and government.  The Communist plan called for the convergence of the two opposing political systems by socializing Europe and America, and by allowing a quasi-capitalism and independence into the former USSR.  Indeed, the merger of capitalism and communism is nearly complete.  But according to Golitsyn, NATO must be dismantled to clear the way for Russia's (Eurasia's) manifest destiny of one Eurasian government from the Atlantic to the Pacific.  Read PDF of the Perestroika Deception - (Book out of print; of course!)  I will go into great detail about Golitsyn's Perestroika Deception in a follow-up blog post.  NATO has never been developed into a serious military force, and appeared to the Communist planners to be on the brink of extinction.  But the time for NATO to rise to the occasion is here.  It's now - or never.

This brings us to the reason for a supposed terrorist attack on Belgium.

NATO's solidarity and resolve to protect the European Union might be accomplished by using the same tactics that the U.S. and the Saudi's used to justify the "War against terrorism" in the Middle East.  The current rallies in the streets of Europe are evidence that the seeds of war have already being planted.

A 9/11 scale attack on Brussels (supposedly by ISIS) would be the perfect catalyst to bring the European Union into their first major war.  This war against the Islamic State would provide an excuse for NATO to practice their battle skills.  And Atlanticist-backed joint efforts would also bring the presence of American and United Nations forces to the Middle East, helping to intimidate the Russians by stationing weaponry within striking distance of the Baltics and the Ukraine.

Nothing can rescue a failing economy like a timely war.  With perhaps only months before the economic collapse of Greece and the beginnings of withdrawal from the EU by the Swiss, a hardy unified war effort might be the only solution to fire up the economy and encourage solidarity.  A war with ISIS might be the bail-out measure that could bring about a restructuring by necessity - a restructuring that would otherwise have to grind through the Old World political system.  People are always more willing to tolerate, and even promote, a central control during dangerous conflicts.  Whereas, even the appearance of centralized power is spurned in times of peace.
Obviously we should hope and pray that the world governments would not be so sinister as to use violence to accomplish their goals.  Considering, however, the success of the 9/11 War on Terrorism to control the Middle East, and to control the American people; we can only expect a repeat performance in Europe.

Setting the stage for WWIII - NATO against Eurasia

In his books, New Lies for Old, and The Perestroika Deception, Anatoliy Golitsyn documented that the Communist Party would go underground, nevertheless, the former nations of the U.S.S.R. would continue to be controlled by the Politburo.  "Controlled Opposition" political parties and candidates would merely provide the illusion that a free system was operating without KGB supervision.  But this pretense of Glasnost was not invented by the Russians.  The Hapsburgs and royal remnants of Europe had already set the example by hiding their wealth and removing themselves from the public eye.  The so-called democracies resulting from the French and American revolutions were granted to give the common people the illusion that they were ruling themselves.  Democracy and Communism are both under careful scrutiny of the true world rulers.

Today, the sovereign nations and their democratic, socialistic, communistic, and theocratic themes of government are nothing more than controlled oppositions under the orchestration of an obscure, but very real, global government.  If this sounds like a conspiracy theory, allow me to present some evidence - consisting primarily of the disparity between world events, news propaganda,  and utterly nonsensical situations.

Theater of the Absurd:

The U.S. destabilizes Libya,  Iraq, Ukraine, and attempts to destabilize Egypt and Syria - all in the name of democracy?
The U.S. sides with and funds Al Qaeda?
The U.S. "accidentally" trains opposition fighters that end up joining ISIS?
The U.S. "accidentally" (and consistently) misses ISIS targets and "accidentally" drops supplies to ISIS?
The U.S. can't find ISIS targets besides a few drone strikes, but within days, the French and Russians hit substantial ISIS targets?
ISIS subsists on oil sales, and these sales are laundered through the Turks, but the only way to stop the oil sales is to blow up the oil pipelines??? (
(Why not just deal with the Turks? Sounds like someone wants to help some Turkish business men, and to move oil prices higher!)

Obama wouldn't respond to the red line, nor would he respond to the "blood line" - the shedding of the blood of the saints through beheadings and crucifixion.  What is the president waiting for?  In a word, NATO.

Now - Let's get back to Brussels

Belgian PM: 'Serious and imminent' threat against country’s capital

Published November 22, 2015 -
BELGIAN PRIME MINISTER Charles Michel says he fears 'an attack like in Paris,' keeping much of the city shut down over the weekend and announcing schools and subways would be closed on Monday as authorities hunt for one suspect in the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris — where 130 people were killed and hundreds more injured — who was last seen crossing into Belgium.

BRUSSELS LOCKDOWN: City cites precise info on Paris-like attack threat

US embassy warns Americans to stay home as Belgium raises terror alert to highest level

The BIG War on the horizon is slated to be between the "Atlantic democratic nations" and the "Eurasian (hierarchical according to Aleksandr Dugin, but communistic according to Golitsyn) nations."

But up until now, the United States and Europe have been acting more and more independent, thus NATO has been forsaken and underfunded.  Furthermore, America has become the object of the world's animosity - even while the rest of the world has been quite happy to have America as a trading partner.  NATO needs a catalyst to create a new enthusiasm for the former glory of this Transatlantic military machine of antiquity.

9/11 style attack on Brussel's NATO complex

As early as 2006, political and military analysts began to call attention to the vulnerability of Brussels.
By Craig Whitlock
Washington Post Foreign Service
Wednesday, January 18, 2006

"NATO still monitors the skies for intruders, civilian or military, and will scramble jets on the orders of local officials. It has also supplied AWACS surveillance aircraft to guard against terrorist attacks at more than 20 high-profile international events since the Sept. 11 attacks, such as the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and the funeral of Pope John Paul II at the Vatican last year.

"We are very well served by our ability to identify threats. We've got the communications, we've got the radars," said a senior NATO official in Brussels who spoke on condition of anonymity. "Our ability in Europe to see and understand what is going on is probably as good as anywhere in the world. Our ability to put an aircraft in the sky very quickly is also very good. The difficult bit comes when you have identified a renegade aircraft.""

NATO involvement is now "pegged" to 9/11 style attack - see article below.

NATO leaders stop short of invoking collective defense for France

Stars and Stripes

Excerpt [NATO’s top official stopped short Monday of unveiling new military steps against the Islamic State in the wake of Friday’s terrorist attacks in Paris as alliance leaders held a moment of silence in the city where the assaults appear to have been planned.
“We stand in strong solidarity with the government and the people of France in their unwavering determination to deal with the terrorist threat,” said NATO General-Secretary Jens Stoltenberg, surrounded by a crowd of officials at alliance headquarters. “We are all more than ever determined to counter and defeat the threat of terrorism and extremism.”
In the wake of the attacks in Paris on Friday, which killed more than 130 people in a lethal reminder of the Islamic State group’s ambition and reach, questions are mounting about the potential role for the 28-nation NATO alliance in the battle against jihadists in Syria and Iraq.
For now, however, NATO does not appear poised for such action.
“There has been no such request at this stage for a meeting of the North Atlantic Council,” a NATO official said Monday. “We support the French authorities in their determination to deal with the terrorist threat. Allies continue to exchange information and assessments.”
Analysts have speculated that France, which described the Paris attacks as an “act of war,” may call an emergency meeting of NATO’s highest decision-making body — a move that could serve as a precursor for a formal NATO role in the fight. This would mean invoking Article 5 of the military alliance’s treaty — the provision that an attack on one demands a collective response from all — as was done after the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States.] - (Emphasis added)

At the time of my 2012 prayer to know the next major world event that would take place before the destruction of America (which I continue to believe is the Great Harlot of Revelation), all I heard was the word, "Brussels."  These posts are my ongoing interpretation of what the meaning of that word is shaping up to mean.

Déjà vu "Operation Charles Martel" to save Europe from Islam?

From the Carolingians - to the Hapsburgs - to NATO

How many times must Europe beat Islam back from its borders?

In the eighth century Europe looked to the Franks to defend her from Islamic invaders.  Charles Martel, the grandfather of Charlemagne, was the Frankish warrior who defeated Emir Abdul Rahman Al Ghafiqi Abd al Rahman, near the city of Tours.  Martel was nicknamed "The Hammer" because of his military strength.  Martel and his heirs were so esteemed for his success over the Muslims that the Carolingian Dynasty continue to rule Europe until the Hapsburgs took control.  In my book, Dark Freedom: The Rise of Western Lawlessness, I give a brief explanation of how the Latin Church adopted Charlemagne as its protector:
[The Frankish prince Charles Martel had just defeated a formidable army of Muslims.  The massive Muslim cavalry was defeated at the Battle of Tours in 732.  His remarkable victory gained him the recognition as the power behind the Frankish kingdom.  Charles was an admirer of Saint Boniface and desired to promote the cause of Christianity.  Charles' son, Pepin the Short, was acknowledged by Rome as the king of the Franks.

Because Rome had already been conquered once by the Lombards, she sought an alliance with a militia of sufficient strength to act as her protectorate.  The Franks became that covering, and by way of the successful expansion of Pepin's son, Charlemagne, the Holy Roman Empire was formed.  After the death of Charlemagne, the cohesiveness of the Empire was lost.  Soon the Frankish kingdom was fighting against the Germans and other tribal nation-states.  The Roman Church insisted on approving, or even appointing, the kings of the various nations, and often openly favored the Franks over the other members of the Holy Roman Empire.] - Dark Freedom, Ch. According to the long-range plans of the Communist Party, NATO should have been dissolved by the year 2000.  This scenario was required so that Russian and Chinese Communists could establish the Eurasian Union - eventually stretching from the Atlantic to the Pacific.  Those unfamiliar with the General Line of the KGB revealed by defector, Anatoliy Golitsyn, should read my summary in the last chapters of Dark Freedom, or within this blog at:

"Age of Caliphs" by United States of America federal government -

President Obama isn't cowardly or stupid

Atlantic leaders have agreed NOT to engage ISIS so as to give the impression that only NATO can solve the problem.  NATO vs. Eurasia is the last battle before Global Communism removes its mask as the New World Order.  But in order to make the this final battle look legitimate, a big enemy must emerge to empower NATO - Enter ISIS.  Who is behind ISIS?  It is certainly suspect that ISIS has made only token threats against the U.S. and Israel; and the U.S. has done little more than arm and train ISIS.   ISIS seem to have been created solely for the purpose of re-enacting the Battle of Tours; that is, to engage Western Europe in a battle that will require another military deliverer on a par with Charles Martel.  And just as the Carolingian Dynasty was empowered by providing protection throughout the Middle Ages, NATO will be empowered in order to set the stage for the last great World War - that war between the Atlantic and the Eurasian nations.

NATO has deteriorated over recent decades because of a false impression that Communist Russia had ceased to exist.  Not so.  They merely went underground and concentrated their efforts of socializing Western Europe and the Americas.  But the Russians and Chinese were not yet ready to re-emerge as the "bad guys."  Thus another "Face of Evil" had to be invented to justify funding and expanding NATO.  This is the ONLY reason that world powers have sat by and watched ISIS grow to the level of attacking Western Europe.  But don't be surprised if token attacks against Russia and the U.S. occur from time to time.  The appearance must be made that ISIS is truly out of control and beyond the capabilities of a sovereign nations.  In fact, the case for global government is built on the supposed futility of sovereign nations.  Don't stop here.  Read the Atlanticists' own article calling for an extraordinary crisis below - with my own commentary in blue:

"Without an extraordinary crisis, . . .

little is likely to be done to reverse or limit the damage imposed by failed or failing governance. The United States is Exhibit A although there are far too many competitors for that title." - New Atlanticist blog of August 15, 2013 - War on Terror is not the Only Threat

Of necessity, I have posted the entire article below with my own notations.  Please take the time to read it.  Uber-important!

"War on Terror Is not the Only Threat"

By Harlan Ullman (my remarks in blue)

[Unspecific warnings last week about an al-Qaida terrorist plot were taken very seriously.

With the anniversary of September 11th looming and the tragic killing of U.S. diplomats in Benghazi, Libya, last year still open political wounds in Washington, it was unsurprising that the United States, Britain, and France ordered the closing of a score embassies and posts throughout North Africa and the Middle East and issued travel warnings for the region. In the United States initially, there was general bipartisan support for the closings.

Critics of the Obama administration were quick to point out that the war on terror was far from over and pronouncing the "decimation" of al-Qaida premature. As the word "decimation" was wrongly used yet again -- it means a 10 percent degradation -- so too has been the collective failure by the West to recognize the tectonic changes that are reshaping the international geostrategic system far beyond the reach of al-Qaida and other terrorist groups.

Hence, the counter-terrorism responses have been technical and tactical rather than strategic and aren't addressing the forces that are dramatically altering the nature of international politics.

In simple terms, al-Qaida is symptomatic of far greater changes in the structure of the international system. The major enemy and adversary are no longer states bent on disrupting or dominating the system despite those who see China as a future foe.

(Now watch Ullman shift from this criticism on terrorism to the completely unrelated topic of individual empowerment.)
Instead, the more immediate danger rests in the dramatic empowerment of individuals and groups, for good and sadly evil, often lumped together as "non-state actors."

Edward Snowden, Bradley Manning, countless "hackers" and anonymous people mailing anthrax-filled letters whose actions have indeed constituted real threats and systemic disruptions are among the former. Al-Qaida and other radical groups reflect the latter.

In essence, the 365 year-old Westphalian system that placed sovereign states as the centerpieces of international politics is being tested and in some cases made obsolete by the empowerment of individuals and non-state actors. As former national security adviser Brent Scowcroft observes, global politics has entered a post-Westphalian era. But very few have taken note and fewer have acted on this realization.

(The Westphalian Peace Treaty of 1648 accomplished two primary functions; the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire in favor of the self-government of independent European states, and the right of each nation-state to select and support its own religious preferences.

Ullman notes the empowerment of non-state actors (individuals) as a new power base rising up and displacing the control of traditional sovereign state governments.  And then he suggests that few have taken action to deal with rogues who are using the freedom of the internet to share their knowledge internationally.

He seems to be suggesting that hackers and "Anonymous" are a real threat to nation-state governments.

Whereas, in fact, it is the implementation of a One World Government which actually threatens the Westphalian system by stripping the power from nation-states and appropriating their power to a greater Empire; in effect replacing the Holy Roman Empire with an even greater and more controlling empire - a One World Empire.)

The fundamental cause of this empowerment is the diffusion of all forms of power writ large commonly called "globalization," accelerated by the information revolution and instantaneous global communications and the real and perceived fragilities and weaknesses of states to intervention, interference and disruption by non-traditional actors.

(At first Ullman appears to come against globalization.  But in just a few paragraphs he will reveal that he is himself a champion of global government.

Ullman indicates that the failure of individual nations to thwart the empowerment of individual citizens would merit intervention by global government.)

September 11th could become the demarcation point of this new era much as 1648 and the Treaty of Westphalia marked the beginning of the state-centric system of the international order.

(Here Ullman links 911 to the onset of the demise of the 'state-centric' system.  Ladies and Gentlemen, the thrust of his article is a 'call to arms' for some organization to finish the job by means of some extraordinary crisis - which Ullman trusts will be used to incriminate both personal and state individualism once and for all - under the heavy hand of a new international order - namely, the One World Government.  Might we really be only one crisis away from such a living nightmare?)

While the analogy is loose, it won't take centuries for the effects of globalization and the end or at least the transition of the Westphalian era to take hold.

(It is obvious from Ullman's intonation that he is not dreading this transition (as if he had not just previously inferred blame upon independent agents like Snowden), but in fact Ullman would hasten the day when national governments are dissolved - or perhaps, destroyed.)

Beyond this inflection point in international politics, still unabsorbed and misunderstood by most governments and people, a second reality complicates taking effective action in what could truly be a "new world order," the description coined by U.S. President George H.W. Bush after the implosion of the Soviet Union more than two decades ago.

Failed and failing government from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe with Brussels and Washington in between is the largest collective impediment to the betterment of mankind.

(Oh, by the way; some of the weaker governments are going to be crushed under the weight of the crisis, whatever it may be; and regretfully, they will not survive long enough to have a seat at the table of the new international government.  Let's see - if Brussels and Washington, bases of national government, and bold individuals alike, are included in the list of Ullman's under-performers; then there's nothing left to do but to establish a new knight in shining armor - of course - the New World Order to the rescue.)

Without an extraordinary crisis, little is likely to be done to reverse or limit the damage imposed by failed or failing governance. The United States is Exhibit A although there are far too many competitors for that title.   However, the changing Westphalian system can and must be addressed if there is to be any chance of success in containing, reducing and eliminating the dangers posed by newly empowered non-state actors.

(But you see - this article is not really aimed at the non-state; but directly at the state itself.  It is the failing states that are getting in the way of the New World Order.  Not some rogues out there on the internet.)

We have been here before. Sixty-eight years ago this month, the nuclear age dawned over Hiroshima. Over time as nuclear and especially thermonuclear weapons were seen as more than just extensions of conventional munitions and potentially existential, a theory of deterrence emerged. We are at similar juncture regarding cyber where we lack an overarching understanding of the implications and possible consequences of this domain.

(Enter nukes into the conversation.  But Ullman is not comparing internet viruses, or internet spying to nukes!  He's equating individual freedom of speech and individual nationalism with nukes!!!  Folks, do you see what the globalists are afraid of ? . . . what can destroy their cause.  They can't handle operating in the open; in the light - because they are the enemies of freedom.)

The first step as the Westphalian system faces profound redefinition is understanding and recognizing that these shifts are under way. From that appreciation, specific concepts and ideas can be fashioned to help guide us on this journey.

(Now here's where this gets really interesting.  Remember that second purpose for Westphalia?  Each state gets to choose its own religion.  Oops - that's not P.C.  I thought church and state were separate.  Well actually, the only solution will be a one-world religion.  That will be part of the "profound redefinition".)

The path will be difficult and tortuous. Politics and ideological preferences will confuse and distort clear vision. The tendency to overreact, as occurred after September 11th and the Snowden and Manning leaks, will collide with budget realities in which a great deal less will be spent on national security. And because of the pernicious nature of the U.S. system of government, finding institutions with the objectivity, courage and perseverance to chart this new unknown won't be easy.

(Wow! "A great deal less will be spent of national security."  Let's see.  Would that help governments fight rogue agents?  Of course not!  But it will make "failing" nations like the U.S. more vulverable to attacks - attacks from the secret agents of the new global regime.

Yet this must be done.]

(Ullman ends with this ultimatum; "Yet this must be done."  Despite all difficulties and confusion, some able organization must rise up and create an extraordinary crisis so that the nation-state system might be toppled and replaced by the One World Order.)

So who's the more dangerous 'non-state' player here?  Ullman or Snowden?

Variations in King James / Modern English New Testaments clarified by new Greek resource.

Now available in hardcover, paperback, and ebook.

The Ancient Words Greek New Testament provides a merged text of the Alexandrian and the Byzantine textual classics: Stephanus 1550, and, Nestle 1904.  Over 4,000 textual variants between the two text-types are clearly documented, providing a one-source solution for identifying the Greek variants behind the translation of most classic and modern English New Testaments.

The Alexandrian and Byzantine texts, represented by Stephanus 1550 and Nestle 1904, where in agreement, form a common base-text for the Ancient Words Greek New Testament.
Variants between the Alexandrian and Byzantine texts are presented in-line without bias using square brackets [Alexandrian] and parentheses (Byzantine). Thus, both text-types are honored without prejudice, allowing the reader equal and objective access to two of the most respected ancient Greek New Testament base-texts in one convenient document.
The variants among most modern English Bible translations are addressed in the Ancient Words Greek New Testament so the Greek reader can quickly identify and follow the source texts during live teachings or while listening to prerecorded audio.
Stephanus 1550 and Nestle 1904 represent two of the most respected and broad-based Greek source-texts for the English New Testament.  The modern version of the Authorized King James Bible draws its New Testament portions primarily from Stephanus 1550.  Stephanus standardized the chapter-and-verse numbering system used today and Stephanus IV was the chief base-text of the Geneva Bible, making the Stephanus texts the official New Testament Greek source of the Protestant Movement for more than 300 years.  The Alexandrian text-type is represented by Eberhard Nestle's, The New Testament: Text with Critical Apparatus, published by The British And Foreign Bible Society.
Images of ancient papyri and parchments are displayed on the first page of each New Testament book. The photographs of these priceless treasures have been digitally enhanced to make the Greek text more legible.
The 2012 edition of the Dodson Greek-English Lexicon by John Jeffrey Dodson is included to provide concise English definitions for most of the Greek words contained in this compilation.

Public domain Greek source texts:
Stephanus 1550, Robertus Stephanus – Novum Testamentum, Publisher: Paris, 1550, Third Edition, Author: Robertus Stephanus.  "Robert Estienne (a.k.a. Stephanus) published four Greek New Testaments in the sixteenth century (1546, 1549, 1550, and 1551).  The first three editions of his Novum Testamentum were published in Paris, the fourth in Geneva. His third edition of 1550 was affectionately known as Editio Regia, because of the magnificent Greek font and large folio size of the codex.  Not only the most handsome, the 1550 Stephanus is also the most important of his texts.  This was the first published Greek New Testament to have a textual apparatus.  Stephanus examined 15 manuscripts and listed several of their readings in the margins of his Editio Regia.  Stephanus’ fourth edition was the first to have verse divisions in it, a feature that Stephanus invented to help the reader more easily compare the two Latin translations and the Greek that are found in the fourth edition.  Though the text of the third and fourth editions was virtually identical, the fourth became the basis for the Geneva Bible, the first Bible translation to have verse divisions.  The 1550 Stephanus also became the standard text to be used as a collating base for countless collations of Greek New Testament manuscripts."  Source:  <>
The New Testament: Text with Critical Apparatus was published by The British And Foreign Bible Society (aka. Nestle 1904).  The British And Foreign Bible Society, 146 Queen Victoria Street, London, E.C., 1904; now in the public domain.  Eberhard Nestle, May 1, 1851, Stuttgart – March 9, 1913, Stuttgart.
Nestle's text of the Greek New Testament was first published by the Bible Society of Wurttemberg at Stuttgart in 1898.  "The text is the resultant of a collation of three of the principal resensions of the Greek New Testament which appeared in the latter half of the 19th century, viz. those of Tischendorf, editio octava 1869-72 (as reproduced in the 4th edition by Oskar von Gebhardt, 1898); of Westcott and Hort, 1881 (impression of 1895); and of D. Bernhard Weiss, 1894-1900 (second edition 1902).  The readings adopted in the text are those in which at least two of these editions agree.  An exception to this rule has been made in the case of St. John v. 3, 4, and vii. 53-viii. 11.  These passages have been retained in the text, but they are placed within special marks." - from the "Advertisement" of the Greek New Testament, p. v.

Ancient Words Greek New Testament in-line apparatus:
Square brackets [ ] indicate the enclosed variant is contained in Nestle 1904.
Curved brackets ( ) indicate the enclosed variant is contained in Stephanus 1550.
Where only one type of bracket occurs in a verse, the bracketed word, or phrase, is contained only in the source indicated by the type of bracket used.
Example: Δαυεὶδ δὲ (ὁ βασιλεὺς) ἐγέννησεν τὸν Σολομῶνα ἐκ τῆς τοῦ Οὐρίου.
"ὁ βασιλεὺς" occurs in the above verse only in Stephanus 1550.
Asterisks * immediately inside of a bracket indicates that the text was included in the  text of either, Nestle 1904 or Stephanus 1550, with reservations, or as a concession to popular demand for the inclusion of such verses.  The asterisks are not meant to indicate any degree of judgment by the editors of the Ancient Words Greek New Testament.
Example: Luke 24:40, [*(καὶ τοῦτο εἰπὼν [ἔδειξεν] (ἐπέδειξεν) αὐτοῖς τὰς χεῖρας καὶ τοὺς πόδας.)*]  This verse is contained in both source-texts with the variants indicated within the verse.  However, the asterisk inside the square bracket indicates that verse 40 was presented in Nestle 1904 as a concession.  Because no asterisk appears inside the parentheses, Stephanus 1550 accepts the validity of the verse.

Criteria for recognition of variants in this compilation:
Variants in Greek word order, although rarely changing the English meaning, have generally been noted as variants.  These notations have been included to aid the reader in identifying emphatic phrases and to make the text easier to follow when listening to audio presentations.  Once the simple conventions for identifying the texts by their brackets becomes natural, the eye quickly recognizes and follows the particular source-text of interest.
Minor variants such as spelling differences are generally not addressed.  Examples: [Μωϋσεῖ] (Μωσῇ), [Ἡλείας] (Ἠλίας), [Δαυεὶδ](Δαβὶδ).
Common contractions have also not been noted as variants.  Example: [Διὰ τί] (Διατί).
Capitalization of deific nouns has been honored.  Most early New Testament manuscripts incorporate nomina sacra, making it inappropriate to dishonor the intention of the scribes of the ancient texts, who set the names for the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit apart from the common text.
For the sake of audible transcription most variants that cause disruption to the syllable count, and conspicuous variations in hard consonants, have been noted.  Movable ending ν's and ς's have generally not been included as variants.  A primary consideration in this compilation was to avoid interruption in the natural flow of the text.
